How much do I have to save?

Make a minimum deposit of N100,000 or more to enjoy the increased interest rates on your savings. The higher your balance, the more interest you earn.

 

How much interest will I enjoy on my supersavers account?

The interest rate you receive depends on your account balance:

  • ₦100,000 - ₦999 999 : 9.18% p.a.
  • ₦1 000 000 - ₦19 999 999 : 10% p.a.
  • ₦20 000000 - ₦99 999 999 : 11% p.a.
  • ₦100 Million and Above: 13% p.a.

Can I withdraw from my Supersavers account and still enjoy the high interest rate?

Yes, you can withdraw from your Supersavers account. However, to qualify for the higher interest rate (as explained above), you can only withdraw a maximum of 2 times per month.

Is it possible to forfeit all earned interest?

Yes, exceeding 4 withdrawals in a month will result in forfeiting all earned interest for that month.

Who is eligible to enjoy up to 13% interest rate?

The Supersavers 2.0 campaign is open to both new and existing Ecobank account holders with a Supersavers account

 

When will my interest be paid?

Interest is credited to your account monthly.

 

What will happen if my money falls below N100,000?

You will no longer qualify for the increased interest rates and will earn the base interest rate of 8.25% p.a.

 

Will I have access to my money during the campaign period?

Yes, you can withdraw funds at any time. However, exceeding the withdrawal limit will result in penalties as explained above.
