    Ecobank Gabon (EGA) is supervised and regulated by the Banking Commission of Central African States (COBAC) of the Central Bank of Central African States. EGA currently has five branches and one EcoXpress and employs 108 staff (2012 data). Return on Equity (ROE) has been increasing steadily over the past three years i.e since inception of the affiliate in 2009, moving from -53% to 11% at the end of 2011; Return on Assets (ROA) is about 1 per cent. Over the past three years, EGA 's growth has been above forecasts. Despite fierce competition on Corporate, SME/LC, Public Sector and Consumer segments, the affiliate has been increasing ist customer base. The indisputed success encountered by our innovative ATM services, ebanking and Remittance products is supported by continous on the ground campaigns and close monitoring to ensure maximum service quality.
