How to send money through Rapid Transfer:
- Contact the nearest Ecobank branch
- Issue a signed written instruction to withdraw money from your account in the form of a cheque or letter stating your account number, account name, branch and amount of money to be withdrawn.
- Present an acceptable ID preferably a passport
How to Pay Utility Bills
- Approach any Ecobank branch with your bill. You do not need to have an account with Ecobank
- Simply fill out the relevant forms and your bills are paid!
Pay Bills abroad from your account
- Approach any Ecobank branch with the documents of the bills to be paid
- Issue a signed written instruction authorizing Ecobank to issue a managers cheque in favour of the beneficiary and we’ll do the rest
