How to send money through Rapidtransfer:

• Contact your nearest Ecobank branch
• Issue a signed written instruction to withdraw money from your account in the form of a cheque or letter - stating your account number, account name, branch and amount of money to be withdrawn
• Present an acceptable ID; preferably a passport

How to pay utility bills

• Take your bill/bills to any Ecobank branch. (You do not need to have an account with Ecobank.)
• Simply fill out relevant details on the form provided and your bill/bills are paid!

Pay bills abroad from your account

• Take the documents of the bills to be paid to any Ecobank branch
  
• Issue a signed written instruction authorizing Ecobank to issue a manager's cheque in favour of the beneficiary and we’ll do the rest.
