ECOBANK Rapidtransfer makes it possible for you within 24 hours! Rapid Transfer (RT) is an Ecobank proprietary send and receive Money Transfer (MT) product available in all Ecobank 27 Affiliates.

Available to ‘walk-in’ (Individuals) with valid form of Identification. The following types of transfers are available:

How to send money through Rapidtransfer?
- Enter any Ecobank Branch and complete a RT ‘Send Form’ at the dedicated Teller’s / Funds Transfer desk.
- Submit the completed Form with Valid form or Identification (Walk-in or non-account holders only).
- Present amount to remit and the commission applicableontact the nearest Ecobank branch.
How to receive money through Rapidtransfer?
- Go to the Ecobank location communicated by the sender with the stated form of Identification mentioned in the RT send form.
- Fill and submit the RT ‘Receive Form’ and present it to the RT Teller / Funds Transfer officer.
The forms of PID are acceptable: 1. International Passport.
2. Driver’s License.
3. National ID Cards
4. ID card of a recognized Corporate Organization

- Approach any Ecobank branch with your bill. You do not need to have an account with Ecobank

Pay Bills abroad from your account
- Approach any Ecobank branch with the documents of the bills to be paid
- Issue a signed written instruction authorizing Ecobank to issue a manager's cheque in favour of the beneficiary and we will do the rest
