eAlerts

Ecobank’s eAlerts offer an early warning service, via SMS and email, of debits and credits on your account due to: cash & cheque withdrawals and deposits; debit card transactions at ATMs; funds transfers; and any other transaction that may affect your account balance. We will require your mobile phone number (SMS alerts) and/or email address and accounts from which you would like to receive eAlerts. 

eStatements

eStatements via email ensure that you are fully apprised of activities on your account over periods that you determine. All we require are your email address and accounts on which you would like to receive eStatements.
