Ecobank’s e-Alerts offer an early warning service, via SMS and email, of debits and credits on your account due to: cash & cheque withdrawals and deposits; debit card transactions at ATMs; funds transfers; and any other transaction that may affect your account balance. We will require your mobile phone number (SMS alerts) and/or email address and accounts from which you would like to receive eAlerts.
Our SMS banking service allows you access to your Ecobank account wherever you are. You can request your account balance or your statement, and view the last three transactions on your account through SMS. Signing up is as simple as providing your mobile phone number and account number.
